Building Block #1 Love

Seems like a no-brainer, that love would be the first bulding block in relationships. However, you would be surprised to know how many people are in relationships and have NO idea what love is. The scripture below is a beautiful and clear picture on love and how we should show love in relationships. What stands out to me in this text is the word humility. Seems as if in this day and age that humility is a lost art, but it has so much value and can do so much in building relationships.

In our Women's Bible Study at Life Restoration Center, we are going step by step and taking time to study, and discuss each of the seven building blocks in relationships.

Join us every 2nd and 4th Friday from 7-8:30pm and build with us...one block at a time.

“Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for you own personal interests, but also for the interests of others” (Philippians 2:2-4).
